Student support

We will support you to start your life in Japan with ease, including picking you up at the Chubu International Airport when you come to Japan. We also have a system in place where students can consult with us in their native language at any time during their studies.

 Career guidance

We provide detailed career guidance by the class teacher.

Employment/part-time job introduction

ASAHI Culture Academy provides job (part-time and employment) information for students and graduates of Japanese language schools.
For international students who do not know how to find a job in Japan, we introduce companies; prepare resumes, practice interviews, etc. Even after receiving an offer of employment, we provide support for various procedures such as work visas and consults on daily life, aiming to create a safe environment for both companies and students.
In accordance with Japanese law, our school provides support for part-time jobs that suit each individual. We provide information on part-time jobs to current students on an irregular basis, and teach them how to apply for such jobs, how to conduct interviews, how to practice through mock interviews, and what to look out for when doing so.

Dormitory

The dormitories are in a good location, close to the school and within walking or biking distance to the school. The rent is lower than the average rent in the neighbourhood. Students who wish to move into the dormitory can do so immediately after arriving in Japan.
The dormitory is equipped with air conditioners, washing machines, refrigerators, and other necessary facilities for daily life. Please apply for this service when you apply for admission. Please note that we may not be able to meet your request if you specify the room you want. In addition, the number of rooms is secured so that all applicants can be admitted to the dormitory.

Daily life support

Support before coming to Japan
Orientation will be held before coming to Japan by overseas offices and business partners. In addition, the staff can provide consultations through emails and chats in their native language.
If you wish, we will pick you up at Chubu Centrair International Airport. (Free)
We support various registration procedures (resident registration, health insurance, etc.) and visa renewal procedures required after entering Japan. For those students who want to continue studying at school, we will also apply for an extension of the student visa to the Immigration Bureau.

If necessary, such as resident registration, enrolment in National Health Insurance, opening a bank account, etc., school staff will accompany you and support the procedure.

Cooperation with parents

Every semester, we inform parents of the students in their home countries about their attendance, grades, and living conditions, etc.
